Refunds will only be given for an unopened product minus shipping. Since each order is customized using YOUR specific information, and we are not able to resell or restock shipped product. (You wouldn’t want someone else’s blend, would you?)
For return requests due to product performance or compatibility, we ask that you first send us a message at email@example.com, letting us know. It may be a very simple adjustment, and we will offer suggestions to greatly improve your experience.
For returns of an opened/used product, there is a 15% testing and destruction fee subtracted from the refund. We ask for the return of any unused product so that lab tests can be performed, to ensure correct formulation and efficacy. We cannot reuse the product, and we never resell returned product, or product that does not meet our stringent Quality Assurance Process. Please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements with you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: If your package is returned due to refusal by Customs, we will refund your purchase price in full. If your package is returned because it was refused or never picked up from Customs or the post office, we will issue a refund of the product minus shipping charges.
